- Child-Centered Approach: The needs of the child are paramount in all activities. Adults involved with children must understand their emotional, physical, and personal development needs.
- Integrity and Respect: All adults act as role models, treating children with integrity and respect, and actively supporting their self-esteem.
- Fair Play: All activities promote fair play and positive conduct, with clear guidelines for behavior.
- Safe and Positive Environment: We provide an encouraging, age-appropriate, and safe environment where healthy competition is promoted within a child-centered ethos.
- Equality: We treat all children equitably, regardless of ability, age, gender, religion, social or ethnic background, or political beliefs.
6.3 Risk Assessment
We conduct regular risk
assessments to identify potential hazards to children participating in our activities, assess their likelihood, and define clear
